Who we are

Business Match Kosovo (BMK) connects businesses in the Netherlands and Kosovo. We help Dutch companies establish and expand their presence in the Kosovar market while linking Kosovar businesses to opportunities in the Netherlands. Drawing on our extensive B2B network and local knowledge, we deliver practical support covering market entry, recruitment, events, and business development.

To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Dutch Speaking Business Development Consultant to deepen relationships with Dutch clients and develop new commercial opportunities for our Kosovar partners.

Who we are seeking

We want a motivated, proactive consultant who enjoys working in an international B2B setting and wishes to help strengthen business connections between Kosovo and the Netherlands.

Your responsibilities

Take an active approach to managing and developing relationships with our Dutch clients.
Understand clients’ needs and deliver support suited to their requirements.
Sustain existing partnerships and develop further collaborations within the Business Match Kosovo network.
Pursue business development and client acquisition in the Dutch market on behalf of our Kosovar partners.
Assist management with operational activities, including event planning and coordination.

Your qualifications and qualities

Communicate fluently in Dutch, English and Albanian.
Previous work in a B2B setting is desirable, although it is not essential.
Bring excellent communication abilities and a natural aptitude for establishing relationships.
Show initiative, think innovatively, and work independently.
Have a naturally welcoming and hospitable approach.
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot, would be beneficial.
You must reside in Kosovo.
Be available to work either part-time or full-time.
