Digital Operations & Creative Specialist

• The role offers flexible working hours, with the expectation that every assigned task is delivered correctly and within the required deadlines.
• Excellent understanding of English and strong written communication in English are required.
• Solid experience with WordPress is needed.
  • This includes updating and maintaining websites.
    • Basic HTML/CSS and simple coding skills should be available when necessary.
• Strong graphic design ability is required, including creating designs from the beginning.
  • Work may involve producing:
    • logos
    • social media visuals
    • flyers
    • banners
    • marketing materials
• Strong command of Adobe tools is expected.
  • This includes:
    • Photoshop
    • Illustrator
    • Acrobat and PDF editing
    • preparing high-resolution and print-ready files
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace is required.
  • This covers:
    • Google Sheets
    • Google Docs
    • Google Drive
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or comparable software is also needed.
  • This includes:
    • Excel
    • Word
    • PowerPoint
• The person in this role should be able to manage digital files, folders, spreadsheets, and company assets in an organized way.
• Careful attention to detail and strong organizational ability are important for this position.
• The candidate should be comfortable working independently with very little supervision.
