The Digital Communications & Content Specialist plays a central role in shaping how the company is seen and heard across the digital world. As part of the Marketing department, you'll be the creative force behind the brand's voice on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Viber, and other emerging platforms, ensuring every post, story, and campaign feels consistent, engaging, and on-brand.

In this role, you'll develop and expand the company's digital presence by creating compelling content, planning publishing calendars, and crafting messages that resonate with different audiences on each platform. You'll combine creativity with structure, turning ideas into content that captures attention while staying aligned with the company's identity and goals.

Day to day, you'll monitor engagement, follow digital trends, and look for fresh ways to grow the community and strengthen the brand's online image. Based at Marigona Residence in Prishtinë, this is a great opportunity for a creative, organized professional who wants to make a real impact in a dynamic marketing environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee social media content plans and publishing calendars.
• Produce, publish, and coordinate content designed to attract audience interest.
• Handle audience interaction and maintain communication with customers.
• Oversee communication with customers and online communities.
• Find, approach, and negotiate potential collaborations with influencers and content creators.
• Manage influencer-related campaigns, postings, partnerships, and required deliverables.
• Track trends, engagement, and results, and compile performance reports.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, creative teams, and outside partners.
• Stay informed about current developments in social media and digital marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or another related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Very good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and writing abilities.
• Fluent English.
• Creative, organized, analytical, proactive, and attentive to details.
