Data & Performance Analyst

We are seeking a Data and Performance Analyst who can create dependable reporting and convert operational and commercial data into practical business insights. Using Oracle data and Power BI, you will help evaluate performance and inform decisions throughout our regional QSR operations.

Your responsibilities

Retrieve data from Oracle and other business sources, then clean, validate and transform it.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models and DAX measures so teams can interpret performance and make well-informed decisions.
Produce operational reports daily and weekly, alongside monthly management analysis covering KPI calculations and performance trends.
Develop datasets that can be reused and coordinate with business teams to maintain consistent KPI definitions across markets.
Examine restaurant and commercial performance to address business questions, establish root causes and propose practical improvements.
Work alongside stakeholders, IT and source-system owners to address data problems, explain limitations and enhance reporting workflows and automation.

The experience and skills we seek

Demonstrated practical experience creating and maintaining data analyses, reports and dashboards.
Advanced Excel capabilities and confidence handling large datasets.
Strong SQL proficiency, especially in Oracle, covering joins, CTEs, subqueries and window functions, together with the ability to diagnose and resolve query issues.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, data modeling and report optimization.
The ability to check and reconcile data, clarify calculations and manage records that are incomplete, inconsistent or duplicated.
Well-developed analytical judgment, with an approach that goes beyond numerical results to assess possible explanations and propose achievable actions.
Professional proficiency in English and the ability to communicate findings clearly to technical colleagues, country management and senior leadership.
A strong sense of ownership, careful attention to detail and the ability to manage recurring reporting alongside ad-hoc analytical requests.
Experience automating data refreshes, documenting KPIs and reporting across multiple countries would be an advantage.
