This role sits between technology, sales, operations, product, finance, and customer-facing teams to make sure CRM tools, automation, data movement, and reporting enable efficient and scalable business performance.
This position blends direct technical responsibility for HubSpot integrations and automation with a strong grasp of business processes and collaboration across teams. The role focuses on strengthening current processes, replacing externally hosted endpoints with secure in-house services, improving data quality and visibility, and turning operational needs into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

- Take ownership of HubSpot workflows, automation, and lifecycle rules, while continuously enhancing them across sales, onboarding, partner, and customer activities.
- Create and support backend integration services together with API wrapper layers that connect the product backend to HubSpot.
- Plan and sustain APIs and event-driven integrations using the programming language that best fits the solution, with C# / .NET Core regarded as a strong advantage.
- Build and maintain webhook and event-processing pipelines so that data stays synchronized reliably between systems.
- Define and implement field mappings, normalization standards, and logic for deduplication and matching across integrated systems.
- Rebuild externally hosted endpoints within internal infrastructure and move existing processes into secure, maintainable, and properly documented internal services.
- Assess current workflows, endpoints, and processes together with sales and operations teams; retire outdated processes, merge duplicated workflows, and improve existing solutions when needed.
- Strengthen error handling, reliability, monitoring, and observability throughout CRM integrations and automation processes.
- Convert business needs and operational workflows into technical requirements, automation, workflows, and scalable system-based solutions.
- Work closely with product backend teams to introduce further automation, metrics, integrations, and reporting functions.
- Oversee CRM setup and configuration to support the full product and service portfolio, including onboarding, product pipelines, sales workflows, and sales dashboards.
- Detect possibilities for automation, process improvement, and reducing friction across the full sales lifecycle.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for sales overviews that generate practical insights for sales teams and company leadership.
- Serve as a central point of coordination between sales, operations, product management, finance, and technology teams in defining and prioritizing system enhancements.
- Work with finance teams and manage system connections that enable reliable and efficient billing operations.
- Coordinate external contributors and vendors while ensuring quality and progress across several operational workstreams.
- Support internal colleagues and project-based resources in delivering CRM and sales operations initiatives.
- Make sure CRM processes and tools support scalable and consistent sales operations, helping the business acquire and retain customers.
- Uphold strong standards in data quality, process dependability, security, and operational effectiveness.

- Experience designing and maintaining backend integration services, APIs, and automation workflows.
- Strong understanding of CRM data structures, including field mappings, normalization, deduplication, and matching logic.
