Key Responsibilities
- Create and put into practice the commercial strategy.
- Supervise the functioning of retail units and souvenir stores.
- Direct merchandise sales initiatives and product development activities.
- Manage rental-related services, including bicycles, lockers, and camping equipment.
- Handle negotiations and administration of sponsorship deals and supplier agreements.
- Discover additional revenue opportunities and improve guest spending potential.
- Track sales results together with overall profitability.
- Manage stock levels and work to reduce losses.
- Make sure commercial facilities have a positive impact on the guest experience.
- Lead the commercial team and support its ongoing development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field or another higher education qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English.
