CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)

“Valdrin Sahiti” is seeking a seasoned and highly motivated Chief Operating Officer (COO) to become part of its executive leadership team.

This senior-level leadership position is intended for a person capable of turning vision into structure, execution and measurable business results.

The COO will collaborate closely with the Founder/CEO and will take charge of creating and directing the operational framework that supports the company’s efficient, professional and international growth.

THE ROLE

Direct and supervise the company’s daily operations.
Convert the Founder/CEO’s strategic direction into clearly defined operational plans and measurable goals.
Design, strengthen and put in place systems, processes and performance standards.
Guide cross-functional teams and create clear accountability throughout the organization.
Develop and track KPIs, budgets and operational results.
Detect inefficiencies, operational risks and growth opportunities.
Foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability, discipline and execution.
Manage key operational relationships with partners, suppliers and external stakeholders.
Work in close partnership with the Founder/CEO on strategic planning, organizational development and business expansion.
Put in place the infrastructure needed for the company’s next phase of international growth.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

7+ years of professional experience, including substantial background in management or operations.
Demonstrated experience in leading teams and overseeing complex operations.
A proven history of improving processes, efficiency and overall business performance.
Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting and business KPIs.
Outstanding organizational, analytical and decision-making abilities.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Capacity to work independently, assume ownership and make difficult decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Fluency in English; other languages are considered an advantage.
Background in fashion, luxury, retail, e-commerce, hospitality, creative industries or international business is viewed as an advantage.
