Role Description:
aVero is a new cloud accounting and financial management platform built in Albania for Albanian businesses, accounting practices and groups. It covers SKK statements, VAT, payroll, fixed assets, consolidation and fiscalisation, and was designed by the accountants and auditors of Nexia Albania.
We are launching soon and are building a dedicated team to support our customers from day one. As Support Lead you will build that team and own every service level we promise our customers.
What you will do
- Hire, train and lead the support, implementation and customer success team
- Own our service levels: response times, update cadence and quality, reported monthly to the partners
- Act as named manager for our largest customers
- Approve and control support access to customer data, with confidentiality and independence in mind
- Work with the engineering team on escalations, and pass on what customers ask for
- Build the help centre and the team’s internal knowledge base
What we are looking for
- Degree in finance, accounting or economics
- Certified Accountant (Kontabel i Miratuar) or equivalent professional qualification
- 5+ years in accounting, including experience leading a team
- Experience supporting, implementing or rolling out accounting or ERP software
- Strong knowledge of SKK, VAT, payroll and the Albanian filing calendar; working knowledge of IFRS
- Fluent Albanian and good written English
- Calm under deadline pressure and clear in writing
