European Employer Acquisition | International Manpower Recruitment
About the Role
Trivial Chapter is expanding its European employer network and is looking for experienced, result-oriented Business Development Managers who can connect us directly with European employers requiring overseas manpower at scale.
We are looking for professionals who already have strong employer networks, existing relationships with companies hiring manpower, and the ability to generate multiple genuine job requirements and offer letters every month.
You identify European employers currently recruiting overseas workers and generate genuine job offer letters and manpower requirements from them. Once secured, Trivial Chapter handles:
Candidate and immigration documentation
Work permit / visa processing
Legal coordination and document submission
Immigration follow-up and candidate coordination
Pre-departure processes
You focus on the employer. We handle the immigration process.
Industries We Serve
Construction – construction workers, bricklayers, plasterers, tilers, masons, carpenters, electricians, welders, painters, general labourers
Agriculture – farm, harvesting, greenhouse and seasonal workers, general agricultural labour
Hospitality – chefs, cooks, kitchen helpers, waiters, housekeeping, hotel and restaurant staff
Factory / Manufacturing – production workers, machine operators, assembly workers, packers, general workers
We are also open to other sectors with genuine bulk manpower requirements.
What We Are Looking For
Existing employer contacts or a strong employer network
Proven experience in B2B business development, recruitment, staffing or manpower supply
Strong understanding of the local employment market
Ability to speak directly with company owners, HR managers, recruiters and decision-makers
Ability to identify companies with immediate or upcoming manpower needs and generate bulk requirements
Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
Professional communication skills
Ability to work independently and deliver measurable monthly results
Ability to generate results from the start, based on an existing network
Bulk Demand Is Key
The focus is on employers who can provide bulk requirements (e.g. 30 construction workers, 20 hotel staff, 50 factory workers, 40 warehouse workers), though smaller demands are possible in the initial stage. The larger the employer demand, the greater the earning opportunity.
Compensation – Full-Time BDM
Base salary plus performance-based incentive (€100 per successful case):
€1,000 base – 15–20+ offer letters/month – minimum total ~€2,500
€1,500 base – 20–25+ offer letters/month – minimum total ~€3,500
€2,000 base – 30–35+ offer letters/month – minimum total ~€5,000
Candidates with stronger networks and higher volumes can be considered for higher compensation. Exceptional performance can lead to a review of the base salary and overall package.
Freelance / Commission-Based Option
For those already employed, running their own recruitment business, or working as independent consultants.
Commission: €350 per successful candidate
5 offer letters = €1,750
10 offer letters = €3,500
20 offer letters = €7,000
30 offer letters = €10,500
50 offer letters = €17,500
Why This Model Is Different
You do not have to build the entire recruitment operation
You bring: employer + requirement + offer letter
We provide: immigration, legal, documentation, visa processing and candidate management
What Success Looks Like
Open doors with genuine European employers
Generate recurring manpower requirements and secure bulk hiring mandates
Produce multiple offer letters every month
Build long-term employer relationships and convert them into repeat business
Identify seasonal and recurring manpower demand
Expand the employer network within the assigned territory
Note: This is not an experimental role. We are looking for execution from the first month, not market exploration.
Career & Earning Potential
This is a long-term commercial partnership rather than a fixed-salary position. Strong performers may be considered for base salary revisions, higher commercial packages, expanded territories, additional incentives, larger employer portfolios and recurring revenue opportunities.
