Partner directly with the CEO to drive business development and client engagement, turning relationships and opportunities into consistent commercial momentum.
Own CRM and outreach processes — maintaining segmented prospect lists, tracking relationship history and next steps, and running a disciplined cadence of personalised follow-ups.
Prepare the CEO for client and prospect meetings, attend where appropriate, capture actions, and ensure every follow-up is completed.
Represent the firm at client meetings, networking events, conferences, and trade shows across Europe and the US, building relationships and communicating its capabilities.
Provide high-level executive and logistical support: daily schedule management, presentations, meeting prep, and ad hoc initiatives requiring judgment, discretion, and ownership.
Skills
Exceptional communication — impeccable written and spoken English, able to draft polished, persuasive client communications and confidently engage senior stakeholders.
Organisation & execution — proactive, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups without losing momentum.
Executive presence — polished, discreet, and comfortable representing a senior executive and interacting with clients, prospects, and industry leaders.
Commercial & technical aptitude — business development experience preferred but not required; familiarity with cybersecurity, technology, B2B services, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and CRM/outreach tools is a plus.
Practical requirements — based in or willing to relocate to Kosovo, available hybrid on New York business hours, comfortable with international travel, proficient in Google Workspace, and able to pass background checks and sign an NDA.
