TEB is now seeking for qualified candidates for the position of Branch Manager for Vitia Branch.

Responsibilities:

Supervises branch activities by ensuring work ethics and discipline with strict adherence to bank’s policies and procedures;
Ensures delivery of exceptional customer service and maintains outstanding customer experience;
Manages the performance of branch team including sales and operations according to the bank’s strategies by providing exemplary model of support, coaching, and development of his/her team.
Maintains a strong, visible and positive representation of the bank in the community through customer visits and promotional activities to increase market penetration.
Increase of market share of the bank in this given region by optimizing the available resources and undertaking necessary planning and coordination with related stakeholders.
Follows the economic development of the market, closely monitors the competitors’ activities and strategies, and identifies any potential business disruptions due to certain market/region developments.
Comply with all bank policies, regulations, and laws applicable to carrying out duties and responsibilities.
Promotes effectiveness in understanding problems and making timely and practical solutions and demonstrates the ability to allocate priorities and offer systematic decisions;
Coaches, evaluates, develops, and inspires people under his/her supervision, sets expectations, recognizes achievements, manages conflict, aligns performance goals with bank’s goals, and provides feedback.
Demonstrates potential to motivate others, accepts responsibility, and develops trust and credibility within the team;
Understands big picture and align priorities with broader goals measures outcomes, uses feedback to redirect as needed, evaluates alternatives, and focuses on solution oriented;

Qualifications required:

At least University degree in Economics or Business Administration or relevant field
At least three years’ experience in managerial positions in relevant institutions
Preferably over five years banking experience
Good understanding of business environment and potentials about the given market
Planning, organizing and management skills
Excellent communication skills with the internal/external customers
Understanding of banking products and services
Preferably knowledge about banking core system
Exceptional communication skills with the internal/external stakeholders
Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Efficient in team work
Fluent in English Language
