In the role of Automation Solutions Engineer (m/f/d), you will assess, design, develop, and enhance automation solutions for both clients and internal teams.

Create and refine automated workflows with n8n, Make, Activepieces, or comparable platforms.
Review client processes and convert their needs into scalable technical solutions.
Connect CRM, ERP, SaaS, databases, APIs, AI services, and additional software systems.
Assist Senior and Junior Fullstack Developers in developing and enhancing automation solutions.
Deliver solutions through low-code/no-code tools and custom development when needed.
Handle APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, databases, and backend integrations.
Contribute to AI-driven workflows, AI agents, chatbots, document processing, and other intelligent automation scenarios.
Test, diagnose issues, document, and continuously enhance current automations.

Hands-on background in workflow automation and system integration.
Solid familiarity with n8n, Make, Activepieces, or similar tools.
Programming skills, preferably in JavaScript / TypeScript, Python, or similar technologies.
A sound understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, databases, and authentication.
The ability to quickly comprehend unfamiliar systems and technical documentation.
Experience in CRM, ERP, SaaS, AI, Microsoft, or Google environments is considered an advantage.
Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
A practical mindset, with the ability to both design and deliver solutions.
An independent, organized, and dependable working style.
Strong communication abilities when collaborating with clients and internal teams.
German language skills at approximately B2 level or higher are strongly preferred.
Good command of English.
