As a member of ALUMIL S.A., headquartered in Thessaloniki-Greece, Alumil Albania belongs to South East Europe’s largest privately owned aluminium-extrusion group by production capacity, delivering complete aluminium-profile systems. The company is looking for an experienced Architect Consultant.
Role purpose:
The Architect Consultant will advise and offer technical assistance to all relevant parties, including Architects, Engineers, Fabricators, end-Customers, and colleagues.
Main responsibilities
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Prepare construction drawings in AutoCAD to support project design work.
- Carry out static analyses to select the suitable profile while the project is being studied.
- Participate in specialised project-design activities.
- Recognise customer requirements and ensure they are addressed.
- Sustain and strengthen relationships with end customers following their purchase.
- Follow the CRM process for entering project data.
- Notify the market development department about incoming large-scale projects.
- Provide technical support through visits to construction sites.
- Guide both new and current colleagues on technical matters.
- Attend construction-site visits with Front Office stakeholders to provide technical assistance.
Qualifications
Required competencies and skills:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D) and strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Have a good written and spoken command of English.
- Possess excellent interpersonal abilities for developing strong client and colleague relationships.
- Show effective communication and active-listening abilities.
Working days: The workweek runs from Monday through Friday.
The company provides a 13th salary, a performance bonus, private health insurance, transportation, and working conditions in line with the Labor Code.
