AI Engineer - Agentic Engineering (Python + React/Next.js)
Location: Pristina, Kosovo | Hybrid | Full-time
At ealytics, we’re looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our team and work closely with a Swiss technology client on building and shipping production-grade AI products.
You’ll work on AI agents, chatbots, RAG systems, LLM-powered workflows, and AI-driven products across Healthcare and Industry use cases.
What you’ll do
- Build and take agentic AI systems from prototype to production
- Develop RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, tool calling, evaluations, and guardrails
- Build Python backends with FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Develop AI product interfaces using React/Next.js
- Use tools such as Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate development while maintaining ownership of code quality and security
- Work with Docker, PostgreSQL, Git, and CI/CD
- Contribute to architecture decisions and code reviews
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience shipping LLM-powered products to production
- Strong Python 3.10+ experience
- Solid React/Next.js experience
- Strong experience with Cursor or Claude Code
- Good understanding of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and modern LLM architectures
- Strong engineering judgment and a pragmatic approach to building reliable software
- B2+ English
Experience with C#/.NET, PHP, GCP, Azure, Terraform, Capacitor, or Flutter is a plus.
