LS Global operates in the field of global business process optimization through specialized outsourcing services. The company is hiring on behalf of one of its clients for the role of Accounting Product Margin Analyst. This position focuses on reviewing product margins, maintaining precise financial reporting for inventory and sales, and working with cross-functional teams to improve processes connected to margin performance. The role also acts as an important contact point for financial analysis, supporting operational efficiency through data-based insights on inventory and sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the resolution of virtual inventory problems to maintain accurate sales and inventory documentation.
- Contribute to the investigation and documentation of virtual inventory issues, with emphasis on avoiding recurrence.
- Work closely with IT teams to determine the root causes of virtual inventory problems and other margin-related issues, based on manager direction. Offer testing support when required.
- Serve as the department’s resource for OMS (SalesForce) knowledge.
- Identify, propose, and implement improvements in processes, systems, and procedures across the department. Help coordinate projects when needed.
Requirements
- Required or preferred education in the relevant field: Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree with 3 – 5 years’ experience with an integrated accounting system.
- Relevant experience required: Two years or equivalent OMS management experience.
- Additional knowledge and skills: Full operational understanding of SalesForce as implemented in WM.
- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
- Capacity to manage several tasks at once, set priorities effectively, and adjust them when necessary to meet deadlines and maintain work quality.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with cross functional teams.
- Self-driven, competent, and willing to learn new things.
- Strong communication abilities with English C1 proficiency.
