PECB is seeking one (1) Account Manager for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) to join the team. Job Purpose
The Account Manager will be the main contact person for partners, handling their accounts and providing smooth operational support across all activities. The role includes managing and carrying out essential processes on behalf of partners, such as setting up and maintaining events, registering candidates, assigning self-study and e-learning courses, and organizing paper-based examinations. This position ensures that partner-related operations are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with organizational standards, while maintaining a consistent and high-quality experience that contributes to partner success and satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational liaison for assigned partner accounts by coordinating requests and making sure activities are carried out smoothly.
- Handle operational processes for partners, including the creation and update of events, candidate enrollment, and the assignment of self-study and e-learning options.
- Organize and manage both paper-based and online examinations while ensuring precision and adherence to established procedures.
- Support partners in finding and coordinating appropriate trainers for their events.
- Prepare invoices and make sure they are delivered to partners on time.
- Track account activity to ensure partner requests and operational duties are completed within the required timeframe.
- Keep system records related to partner activities, events, and candidate progress accurate and current.
- Deliver reports, insights, and updates to partners whenever requested.
- Work closely with internal teams to address issues, improve processes, and strengthen partner satisfaction.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts aimed at simplifying account management workflows and increasing operational efficiency.
- Ensure all partner interactions comply with company policies and quality standards.
- Carry out other related tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Full proficiency in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Marketing, International Relations or other related discipline or associate’s degree and related experience
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure, learn new concepts quickly, think creatively, and follow through in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present work from concept through final execution
- Good business sense and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage
- Professional persistence and the ability to think on your feet and make a compelling introduction
