BPG Albania is looking for a talented 3D Architectural Visualization Artist.
The role involves transforming architectural plans and design specifications into high-quality visual content for real estate projects - including 3D models, architectural renders, real-time Unreal Engine environments, and marketing floor plans.
We are looking for someone with solid 3D skills, a good visual eye, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately from architectural and interior design materials.
Main Responsibilities
- Read and understand architectural plans, elevations, sections and design specifications.
- Create accurate 3D architectural models based on supplied plans.
- Build apartments, interiors, buildings and environments using 3ds Max.
- Create, edit and organize architectural scenes in Unreal Engine.
- Import and prepare 3D models and assets for Unreal Engine.
- Work with materials, textures, UVs, lighting and environment settings.
- Implement interior designs according to supplied references, specifications and client requirements.
- Produce high-quality architectural renders and visualizations.
- Prepare models and scenes for real-time architectural experiences.
- Edit and update existing Unreal Engine projects.
- Prepare colored architectural floor plans / real-estate sales plans.
- Make revisions according to project requirements and client feedback.
- Maintain accurate dimensions, proportions and architectural details.
Required Skills
- Good working knowledge of 3ds Max.
- Working knowledge of Unreal Engine.
- Understanding of 3D modeling, materials, textures and lighting.
- Ability to understand and work from architectural drawings.
- Good visual and aesthetic sense.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow design references and reproduce them accurately in 3D.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good learning ability and willingness to develop professionally.
- Working English.
