Position Summary:
- The Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing ZION’s property management systems, primarily AppFolio. This role ensures data accuracy, system consistency, and operational efficiency across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Management:
- Maintain and manage ZION databases (Google, AppFolio, Zoom, etc.)
- Ensure accuracy across tenants, leases, and financial records
- Configure workflows, templates, and system settings
- Process Optimization:
- Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows
- Standardize system usage across teams
- Develop and maintain SOPs for system processes
- Data Integrity & Reporting:
- Audit system data regularly
- Generate operational and financial reports
- Ensure consistency across all records
- Support & Training:
- Train team members on system usage
- Troubleshoot system issues
- Act as the internal point of contact for system-related questions
Qualifications:
- Experience with AppFolio or similar systems (Yardi, Buildium)
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
- Systems-oriented mindset
- Strong English
