Position Summary:

• The Property Reporting Analyst is responsible for financial reporting, performance tracking, and communication with property owners and investors.
• This role ensures clarity, accuracy, and consistency in all reporting outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare monthly owner statements and financial reports
  • Analyze income, expenses, and performance trends
  • Ensure accuracy across all financial data
• Data Analysis:
  • Track and monitor portfolio KPIs
  • Identify performance gaps and trends
  • Support decision-making through analysis
• Investor Communication:
  • Prepare reports and presentation materials for owners
  • Assist in building investment decks
  • Maintain professional communication with stakeholders
• Data Management:
  • Maintain reporting dashboards
  • Standardize reporting templates and processes
  • Ensure consistency across all reporting materials

Qualifications:

• Background in finance, accounting, or business
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets / Presentation skills
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Strong written and spoken English
