Property Coordinator

As owner-operators, the company approaches each building from an ownership perspective, with attention to long-term asset preservation, stable cash flow, and quality tenant care. The team emphasizes practical management, solid compliance, and transparent communication in daily operations.
Position Summary
The Property Coordinator supports the everyday property management activities across ZION’s NYC portfolio. This is an on-site role based in Prishtina, with working hours from 14:00 to 22:00. The position is responsible for maintaining high-quality resident service, facilitating coordination among teams, and providing administrative assistance to property managers.
This role is intended for a detail-focused, proactive, and well-organized individual who performs well in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to maintaining quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Resident & Customer Support
- Act as the initial contact for tenant questions received by phone and email.
- Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance-related requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Help clients with troubleshooting and offer accurate guidance regarding property services.
- Support strong customer satisfaction through communication that is clear and courteous.
- Administrative & Operational Support
- Assist property managers with routine administrative responsibilities.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical records, ensuring they remain accurate and easy to access.
- Prepare thorough documentation, reports, and apartment rental listings.
- Help coordinate inspections, maintenance appointments, and vendor visits.
- Keep the reception and shared office spaces orderly and well presented.
- Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work closely with the property management, maintenance, and accounting teams to support smooth communication.
- Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of internal processes, reporting tools, and customer service systems.
- Support operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the portfolio.
Qualifications
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets and word processing programs.
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Previous experience in customer service or administration is considered an advantage, but it is not mandatory.
- Very good organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, and careful attention to detail.
