Job Title: Leasing Specialist

Location: ZION – Prishtina (On-Site, 14:00–22:00)

Position Summary:

• The Leasing Specialist is responsible for managing the full leasing cycle across ZION’s portfolio, from lead intake to lease execution.
• This role directly impacts occupancy, revenue, and tenant quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management
  • Respond to and manage inbound inquiries
  • Qualify leads and coordinate showings
• Leasing Execution
  • Screen applicants and verify documentation
  • Prepare and process lease agreements
  • Ensure compliance with NYC leasing requirements
• Pipeline Management
  • Track leasing pipeline and conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and applications
  • Optimize leasing performance
• Coordination
  • Work with property coordinators and operations team
  • Ensure smooth move-in / move-out process

Qualifications:

• Experience in leasing, or high-volume customer interaction
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
• Strong English
