Job Title: Insurance Coordinator & Sales
Location: ZION – Prishtina (On-Site, 14:00–22:00)
Position Summary:
- The Insurance Coordinator & Sales role is responsible for managing insurance coverage across ZION’s portfolio while identifying opportunities to optimize pricing, improve coverage, and strengthen vendor relationships.
- This role combines coordination, negotiation, and cost control, and directly impacts portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Insurance Coordination:
- Manage property insurance policies across the portfolio
- Track renewals, certificates, and compliance requirements
- Maintain organized records of all policies and documentation
- Coordinate with brokers, carriers, and third-party stakeholders
- Claims Management:
- Assist with insurance claims and required documentation
- Follow up to ensure timely processing and resolution
- Track claim status and maintain communication with relevant parties
- Optimization & Sales:
- Identify opportunities to improve pricing and coverage
- Lead generation & cold calling
- Build relationships with insurance providers, brokers and clients
- Support negotiation and placement of policies
- Compare quotes and ensure competitive positioning
- Reporting & Tracking:
- Maintain clear records of coverage, renewals, and costs
- Provide updates to management on policies and performance
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all insurance data
Qualifications:
- Experience in insurance, coordination, or sales roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple policies and deadlines
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience working with property insurance (Preferred)
- Experience comparing quotes and negotiating with vendors (Preferred)
