Position Summary:
- The HR Manager will be responsible for building and managing ZION’s people function, including hiring, performance management, and organizational development.
- This role is critical to ensuring we attract, retain, and develop high-performing individuals across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Hiring:
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes across departments
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using structured frameworks
- Build and maintain hiring systems, scorecards, and pipelines
- People Operations & Onboarding:
- Oversee onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Provide entry level training
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance
- Ensure HR policies are clear, consistent, and enforced
- Performance Management:
- Implement performance tracking and evaluation systems
- Work with department leads to assess and improve team performance
- Support development plans and internal growth pathways
- Culture & Retention:
- Maintain a high-performance, accountable work environment
- Address employee concerns and improve retention
- Support team structure and organizational clarity
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in HR or people operations
- Experience in hiring and performance management
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Strong English (written and spoken)
