HR Manager
ZION – Prishtina (On-Site, 14:00–22:00)

Position Summary
The HR Manager will lead and develop ZION’s people function, covering recruitment, performance oversight, and organizational development.
This position plays an essential role in helping the company bring in, keep, and grow high-performing talent across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Hiring
- Lead the full hiring cycle across different departments.
- Review applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates through structured methods.
- Develop and maintain hiring processes, scorecards, and candidate pipelines.
- People Operations & Onboarding
- Supervise onboarding activities and employee lifecycle procedures.
- Deliver entry-level training.
- Keep employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation up to date.
- Make sure HR policies are clearly defined, applied consistently, and enforced.
- Performance Management
- Put in place systems for tracking and evaluating performance.
- Collaborate with department leaders to review and strengthen team performance.
- Assist with development plans and internal career growth paths.
- Culture & Retention
- Help sustain a work environment built on high performance and accountability.
- Respond to employee concerns and contribute to stronger retention.
- Support team structure and organizational clarity.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in HR or people operations.
- Background in recruitment and performance management.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- A high degree of discretion and professionalism.
- Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
