Position Summary:

  • The HR Manager will be responsible for building and managing ZION’s people function, including hiring, performance management, and organizational development.
  • This role is critical to ensuring we attract, retain, and develop high-performing individuals across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Hiring:
    • Manage end-to-end hiring processes across departments
    • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using structured frameworks
    • Build and maintain hiring systems, scorecards, and pipelines
  • People Operations & Onboarding:
    • Oversee onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
    • Provide entry level training
    • Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance
    • Ensure HR policies are clear, consistent, and enforced
  • Performance Management:
    • Implement performance tracking and evaluation systems
    • Work with department leads to assess and improve team performance
    • Support development plans and internal growth pathways
  • Culture & Retention:
    • Maintain a high-performance, accountable work environment
    • Address employee concerns and improve retention
    • Support team structure and organizational clarity

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR or people operations
  • Experience in hiring and performance management
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Strong English (written and spoken)
