Role Overview
As a Customer Service Agent, you will assist customers, answer questions, and resolve common issues while delivering a consistent and positive support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and/or phone
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve common issues and escalate complex cases when needed
- Process basic customer requests such as orders, refunds, or cancellations
- Document customer interactions clearly and accurately
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Previous experience in customer service or customer support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
