Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly to client needs and deliver top-quality service.
• Prepare tax returns, reports, and ensure full compliance.
• Explain complex tax issues clearly to clients.
• Spot risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay current with tax laws and best practices.
• Support and train interns and new staff.
• Document processes and create educational materials.
• Implement and train clients on accounting software.
• Report daily tasks and assist clients with software use.
