Sales Professional
Description:
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven sales professional who thrives on winning new business - not maintaining existing accounts.
This role is for individuals who enjoy:
- Cold outreach
- Client acquisition
- Performance-based earnings
If you are not comfortable with targets and proactive sales, this role is not for you.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach new import/export companies in Albania
- Generate new business through cold calls, client meetings, direct outreach
- Build your own client portfolio
- Sell freight forwarding services (Sea, Air, Land)
- Negotiate and close deals
- Manage clients from first contact to shipment execution
Qualifications:
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective client relationships
- Knowledge of logistics services, including sea freight, air cargo, and road transport
- Competence in market research and identifying business opportunities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English and Albanian; additional language skills are a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding is advantageous
