The Wizz Air Pilot Academy is a unique pilot training program, giving a whole new generation of pilots with little to no previous aviation experience the opportunity to obtain a Commercial Pilot's License.

The program will give you the opportunity to work as a pilot at Wizz Air, thanks to high-quality pilot training and the support of an experienced flight school, in line with Wizz Air's training standards.

• Albanian nationality
• Minimum high school degree completed
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Good understanding of Maths and Physics
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to swim 50 meters without any help

What does the application process look like?

• Fill in application form
• Pre-screening by our recruiters
• Once you have passed the pre-screening, you will be sent several online tests to complete
• Provided you are successful in the tests, you will be invited to a face-to-face interview in Tirana

Please note: The online assessments may require a significant amount of time to complete and thorough preparation in subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, and English.
