Description:
Role purpose: To sell and promote company products and services in line with the guidelines and policies defined by the company, in order to achieve the sales targets determined by company.

- Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets as set by the company.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Build customer loyalty through excellent customer experience.
- Promote Vodafone products and services according to commercial priorities.
- Take ownership on improving customer experience with the company (complains follow up).
- Implement company procedures and policies in a correct manner.
Administration:
- Ensure correct archiving of documents and forms.
- Inform on any mal functioning of all operations in shops.
- Core competencies, knowledge and experience.
- Education / Experience.
- Business university degree preferred.
- Experience in sales.
Qualifications:
Specific Knowledge:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to explain all the information confidentiality and clearly.
- Ability to work within the target set.
- Demonstration of customer focus providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to perform within a group.
- Good command of Albanian language. English preferred.
- Good understanding and usage of new technologies and trends.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft office programs.
Business Understanding:
- Good understanding of the area.
- Understanding of the telecom business.
- Understanding of the telecom market and applications.
