Responsibilities

• Oversee daily content activities for creators and brands.
• Work closely with editors and other members of the creative team.
• Check and arrange content before it goes live.
• Plan posting schedules and publish materials across different platforms.
• Contribute to content planning and strategic direction.
• Follow deadlines closely and make sure content is delivered as scheduled.
• Keep workflows and content systems structured and efficient.
• Observe platform results and spot opportunities for growth.
• Assist with broader project coordination across active content campaigns.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and others.
• Very good organizational and communication abilities.
• A proactive approach and the capacity to work independently.
• Ability to handle several projects at the same time.
• Understanding of content trends and digital storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Fluent English.
• Previous background in content management, social media, marketing, or similar fields is considered an advantage.

Bonus Skills

• Experience collaborating with creators or personal brands.
• Understanding of YouTube strategy and short-form content.
• Familiarity with video editing workflows.
• Experience using tools such as Clickup, Frame, and AI tools.
