Visual Narratives Studio is seeking a well-organized and initiative-driven Content Manager to oversee content operations for creators and brands on several platforms.
This is an office-based position suited to someone with a solid grasp of social media, content processes, and internet culture, and who enjoys contributing to creative work from planning through publication.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily content activities for creators and brands.
- Work closely with editors and other members of the creative team.
- Check and structure content before it goes live.
- Plan posting schedules and publish content across different platforms.
- Contribute to content planning and strategic direction.
- Follow deadlines carefully and make sure content is delivered on schedule.
- Keep workflows and content systems well organized.
- Observe platform results and spot opportunities for growth.
- Assist with overall project coordination across active content campaigns.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Very good organizational and communication abilities.
- A proactive approach and the capacity to work independently.
- Ability to handle several projects at the same time.
- Understanding of content trends and digital storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Fluent English.
- Previous background in content management, social media, marketing, or similar areas is considered an advantage.
Bonus Skills
- Experience working with creators or personal brands.
- Understanding of YouTube strategy and short-form content.
- Familiarity with video editing workflows.
- Experience with tools such as Clickup, Frame, and AI tools.
