Position: Call Center Agent (English-Speaking)
Location: Pristina – Rruga C
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site only)

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Prior background in a call center or in a comparable position
• Well-developed communication and persuasion abilities
• A strong sense of professionalism and accountability

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday
• 15:00 – 23:00
