Ulterior works as an ABM partner that supports enterprise technology brands in building trusted connections with senior decision-makers through private digital think tanks and Ulterior Talks.

The company is seeking a creative and commercially driven Digital Marketing & Content Lead who will contribute to expanding Ulterior’s brand presence, audience reach, and market credibility.

The Role

  • at least 2 years of experience in leading marketing roles

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee Ulterior’s content strategy across LinkedIn and additional channels.
  • Create short-form videos, behind-the-scenes materials, and founder-led storytelling content.
  • Transform executive insights into compelling content campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Research to turn discussions into reports, whitepapers, and thought-leadership materials.
  • Design campaigns aimed at growing Ulterior’s executive network and subscriber audience.
  • Build targeted campaigns for enterprise marketing and ABM leaders.
  • Maintain content calendars and manage campaign delivery.
  • Organize video shoots, editing workflows, and social publishing.
  • Contribute to positioning Ulterior as a credible voice in executive engagement and enterprise buyer intelligence.
  • Assist with event launches and strategic initiatives.
  • Test modern B2B growth tactics and organic distribution approaches.
  • Recognize that modern B2B marketing is increasingly operating like media.

You are comfortable:

You are skilled using:

  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Framer

  • understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
  • Microsoft Suite
