The company is seeking a creative and commercially driven Digital Marketing & Content Lead who will contribute to expanding Ulterior’s brand presence, audience reach, and market credibility.

Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee Ulterior’s content strategy across LinkedIn and additional channels.
- Create short-form videos, behind-the-scenes materials, and founder-led storytelling content.
- Transform executive insights into compelling content campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Head of Research to turn discussions into reports, whitepapers, and thought-leadership materials.
- Design campaigns aimed at growing Ulterior’s executive network and subscriber audience.
- Build targeted campaigns for enterprise marketing and ABM leaders.
- Maintain content calendars and manage campaign delivery.
- Organize video shoots, editing workflows, and social publishing.
- Contribute to positioning Ulterior as a credible voice in executive engagement and enterprise buyer intelligence.
- Assist with event launches and strategic initiatives.
- Test modern B2B growth tactics and organic distribution approaches.
- Recognize that modern B2B marketing is increasingly operating like media.
You are comfortable:
