Role: HR & Admin Assistant
A professional HR & Admin Assistant is required for a well-established pharmaceutical company based in Sllatine, Kosovo. The selected individual will work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and professional environment, providing daily support to ensure the smooth running of operations.
Responsibilities
- Providing daily support in managing operations to ensure efficiency.
- Maintaining and organizing documents, files, and archives both physically and digitally.
- Assisting with the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Managing the company calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating with various teams to ensure timely attendance.
- Organizing and coordinating departmental agendas, meetings, and events as needed.
- Acting as a liaison between internal departments, clients, suppliers, and external parties, fostering clear communication.
- Handling employee records and assisting with the preparation of reports related to staffing, performance, and HR metrics.
- Managing the logistics and procurement for office supplies, ensuring all needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Coordinating with other departments regarding logistics, transport of goods, and specific requests.
- Supporting HR activities such as payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Assisting with the preparation and processing of official documentation, contracts, and correspondence.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative processes for greater productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, HR, or related).
- Minimum one (1) year or more experience in a busy, dynamic environment, preferably in HR or Administration.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and creative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Driving license is essential for potential travel needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
