Video Editor (Spanish Content)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with solid editing experience who can take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery. You’ll be working with Spanish-language content, so a strong understanding of Spanish is essential to ensure accuracy, timing, and context in edits. If you have a sharp eye for storytelling and understand what performs online, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Edit high-quality video content for social platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) as well as longer-form productions
• Work with Spanish-language videos, ensuring edits align with meaning, tone, and context
• Apply platform-specific editing techniques, including pacing, hooks, and storytelling strategies
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to execute content strategies
• Experiment with new formats, trends, and editing styles
• Use AI and modern editing tools to improve efficiency and output quality
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
• Review content performance and optimize edits accordingly

Who You Are:

• Strong understanding of Spanish (reading/listening) — speaking is not required
• Fluent in English
• Experienced video editor with a solid portfolio
• Proficient in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar)
• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling
• Up to date with social media trends and content formats
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently

Nice to Have:

• Experience editing Spanish-language or international content
• Motion graphics or animation skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing or creator content
• Experience working in a fast-paced content environment
