In this role, you will:
- Support the Talent Acquisition strategy to attract and recruit top talents;
- Find the right match between candidate and Transcom company;
- Coordinate existing and new vacancies (full recruitment life-cycle);
- Drive candidate attraction and experience proactively;
- Working by KPI driven performance;
- Communicate and collaborate closely with Operation Stakeholders;
