What You’ll Be Doing

• Design intuitive and visually compelling user experiences from concept to final UI
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Translate business and user needs into seamless digital experiences
• Ensure consistency in visual design, usability, and brand standards
• Contribute to user-centered design approaches and problem-solving

What We Are Looking For

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Strong visual design skills with high-fidelity mockup capabilities
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• A solid portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work (from concept to final UI)
• Strong understanding of design thinking, user flows, wireframes, and conceptual design approaches

Preferred Experience

• Experience in stakeholder management and confidently presenting design decisions
• Ability to conduct meaningful user research, even with limited resources
• Strong UX writing skills in English, ensuring clarity and consistency across interfaces

Nice to Have

• Experience working with design systems (e.g., MUI)
• Strong attention to visual detail and brand consistency
• Ability to create interactive prototypes for user testing and alignment
• Experience facilitating workshops (ideation, user journey mapping)
• German language is an advantage for UX writing
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
