TP, the world’s largest customer service company, is hiring for its subsidiary TP Infinity for the role of API & Data Integration Engineer (m/f/d).

This role offers the chance to work in an international and forward-looking setting, contributing to large customer experience and digital transformation initiatives. Within TP Infinity, the selected candidate will work alongside consultants, architects, and technical specialists to deliver integration solutions that are scalable, secure, and efficient for global clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create, implement, and support data integration solutions that connect multiple systems and platforms.
  • Oversee API pipelines related to customer interactions, case management, and communication data.
  • Assist with identity and access management integrations by using standard authentication protocols.
  • Develop and maintain scripts for data validation, dashboards, and mapping structures.
  • Maintain secure and auditable data-handling workflows.
  • Work closely with business intelligence teams to establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance indicators.
  • Track and improve the performance, dependability, and scalability of integrations.
  • Investigate integration problems and contribute to continuous system improvements.

Candidate Profile

  • Educational or professional background in backend development, data engineering, API development, or systems integration.
  • Experience in enterprise integration projects and cloud-based environments.
  • Strong analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Practical experience with identity management and authentication technologies.
  • Good documentation habits and strong communication abilities.
  • Excellent command of English; German is an added advantage.

Technical Expertise

  • Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript/Node.js, Bash, or comparable programming languages.
  • Solid knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, OAuth, JWT, and core API integration concepts.
  • Experience with SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Experience working with Postman, Swagger, Git, and identity management tools.
  • Understanding of ETL processes, data transformation, and normalization methods.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and enterprise integration architectures.
  • Experience in building secure and scalable data exchange solutions.
