Role Description

The Staff Hive is hiring 5 experienced Merchant Services Appointment Setters for a part-time hybrid role based in Pristina, with remote flexibility on selected days.

Responsibilities include:

• Generating and qualifying leads
• Scheduling appointments for the sales team
• Managing calendars and maintaining accurate client records
• Communicating with US-based business owners
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth customer interactions

Candidates must be highly organized, able to multitask under pressure, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous appointment setting or cold calling experience is REQUIRED
• Experience in merchant services, sales, or lead generation is strongly preferred
• Strong written and spoken English
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with dialers, CRMs, and communication tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Flexibility to work both on-site in Pristina and remotely when needed
