Role Description
The Staff Hive is hiring 5 experienced Merchant Services Appointment Setters for a part-time hybrid role based in Pristina, with remote flexibility on selected days.
Responsibilities include:
- Generating and qualifying leads
- Scheduling appointments for the sales team
- Managing calendars and maintaining accurate client records
- Communicating with US-based business owners
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth customer interactions
Candidates must be highly organized, able to multitask under pressure, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Previous appointment setting or cold calling experience is REQUIRED
- Experience in merchant services, sales, or lead generation is strongly preferred
- Strong written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with dialers, CRMs, and communication tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Flexibility to work both on-site in Pristina and remotely when needed
