ABOUT OUR ROLE
This opportunity is intended for someone who wants to demonstrate strong capability, not just perform cold calls. At The Pipeline Group, SDRs act as Go-to-Market Advisors who create pipeline, help open new markets, and contribute directly to revenue growth for some of the world’s fastest-growing companies.
What You'll Do
Once the Certification Program is completed, you will begin phone-based outreach, lead outbound efforts, and help create deal opportunities.
Core Responsibilities
- Expand pipeline through a high volume of cold calling, email activity, and LinkedIn outreach
- Work closely with Account Executives to schedule qualified meetings that can develop into opportunities
- Join prospect meetings, document key points, and monitor follow-up actions
- Create and organize contact lists through strategic account mapping
- Hold professional, high-level discussions with executive stakeholders
- Monitor daily KPIs and sustain 4+ hours/day of outbound work with AI-driven outreach tools
- Regularly meet monthly targets for meetings and qualified opportunities
- Share input with the Enablement and Program Management teams to improve messaging and campaign effectiveness

What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous SDR/BDR or B2B prospecting experience is considered an advantage
- Fluency in German and English (C1 levels or higher) is required
- You must be located in Europe (Balkans, UK, etc) in order to support clients and align with the relevant timezone
- Ability to adjust effectively when processes or priorities change is required
- A strong results-focused mindset and consistent drive are essential
- You should have a proven history of producing solid results while working under pressure and tight deadlines
- Experience with Salesforce.com or another CRM is an advantage
- Strong communication skills are required, with a professional, clear, and persuasive style in both spoken and written communication
- A positive, proactive, and resilient approach is expected, along with the ability to contribute as a team player and solve problems independently
