Job Title: Sales Assistant

Role Description:

  • We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support Business Development and Inside Sales activities across Latin America. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, able to work independently, and passionate about growing business in emerging markets.
  • This role focuses on lead development, pipeline support, customer communication, and sales coordination. The role is remote with flexible working hours.

Reports To: Chief Sales Officer
Location: Prishtina, Kosovo
Effective Date: April 2026

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Identify and qualify potential customers across Latin America.
  • Conduct market research to support regional sales strategy.
  • Build and maintain a database of new leads, prospects, and potential partners.
  • Assist in developing outreach campaigns targeting key segments.

Inside Sales

  • Conduct outreach calls/emails to prospects and nurture early-stage opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups for the regional sales team.
  • Support proposal preparation, quotations, and customer documentation.
  • Manage incoming inquiries and provide prompt responses to customers.

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Maintain CRM accuracy (accounts, contacts, activities, and pipeline status).
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and performance dashboards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, logistics) as needed.
  • Assist in organizing virtual events, webinars, or partner meetings.
  • Support Business Development and Inside Sales activities across Latin America.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • Native or fluent Spanish and strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Experience in sales support, inside sales, or business development (preferably B2B).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable making calls and communicating with customers professionally.
  • Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office/Teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Latin American markets and business culture.
  • Experience working with distributed or international teams.
  • Basic understanding of sales metrics and reporting.
