Sales Manager / Call Center Sales Team Lead

Location: Tirana, Albania
Salary range: €1,700 – €3,000 per month

Description:
We are looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager / Call Center Sales Team Lead based in Tirana, Albania. This is a leadership position for someone who can operate, control, manage, and grow a sales team. The right candidate must lead from the front, train sales reps, monitor daily activity, manage performance, and ensure the team produces results. This is not an entry-level position.

What the Team Sells:

• Private-label hot sauce for restaurants
• Specialty bakery and bread products
• POS systems
• Credit card merchant services

Responsibilities:

• Managing sales representatives and support staff
• Controlling daily sales activity, call volume, follow-ups, and productivity
• Coaching sales reps on scripts, sales process, objection handling, and closing
• Making sure the team follows company procedures and customer service standards
• Holding sales reps accountable for performance, attendance, and results
• Reviewing CRM notes, sales reports, call activity, and follow-up records
• Tracking sales goals, targets, and team performance metrics
• Helping train new sales representatives
• Helping recruit, develop, and grow the sales team
• Supporting U.S.-based customers and resolving escalations when needed
• Overseeing opportunities related to POS systems and merchant services
• Maintaining a professional, organized, and results-driven work environment

Qualifications:

• Based in or near Tirana, Albania
• Able to work in the office 3 days per week
• Able to work U.S. Central Time hours
• Minimum 5 years of call center experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing sales representatives
• Proven experience leading, supervising, and holding sales reps accountable
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Ability to train, motivate, and improve a sales team
• Experience managing daily sales activity and performance reports
• Strong spoken and written English
• Comfortable working with U.S.-based customers and businesses
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace for work-from-home days

Preferred Qualifications:

• Credit card merchant services experience
• POS systems experience
• B2B sales experience
• Restaurant or food service industry experience
• Experience recruiting and growing a sales team
• Experience managing call center sales teams

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM U.S. Central Time and Friday 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Must be able to work U.S. business hours
• Hybrid position in Tirana:
• 3 days per week in the office
• 2 days per week working from home
