TEB Sh. With 16 years of operating in Kosovo, TEB Sh.A. is one of the main leaders in the banking sector in Kosovo.

TEB is now seeking a Senior Officer Budget and Financial Control in the Finance Division at the Head Office.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operations of the Budget and Financial Control function
• Assist in the budget preparation process
• Prepare, monitor, and analyze monthly operating results against the budget
• Contribute to the preparation of the official annual report, financial outlooks, and forecasts
• Ensure timely submission and accuracy of reports in accordance with BNP Paribas Group reporting requirements
• Perform controls over financial information in accordance with BNP group procedures and local procedures
• Support the measurement and evaluation of the financial and operational performance of departments and branches
• Other related duties requested by Head/Managers

Qualifications required:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science / Applied Mathematics, or related field
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, and cost control principles, including IFRS
• Familiarity with accounting regulations and local compliance standards
• Have excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Power BI or other data analytics tools is highly welcomed
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Being able to work under pressure and teamwork
• Two years of experience preferred, ideally within an institution that reports to a Group
