TEB is now seeking qualified candidates for the position of Retail Banking Relationship Manager for the Gjakova Branch.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and recruiting Private Individual clients
• Selling and contacting individuals for banking products
• Analyzing the client’s financial situation
• Proposing loans for approval
• Collecting individual clients’ deposits

Qualifications required:

• Preferably a university degree in Economics or Business Administration
• Preferably 1-2 years of banking experience, preferably in the Retail segment
• Preferably other business experiences, with an analytical background
• Preferably other professional sales experiences
• Understanding the business environment and its specific trends and developments
• Understanding of banking products and services
• Preferably knowledge about the banking core system
• Communication skills with the internal/external customers
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Efficient in teamwork
• Intermediary level of the English Language
