TEB is now seeking for two qualified candidates for the position of Retail Banking Relationship Manager for Prishtina Region.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and recruiting Private Individual clients
• Selling and contacting individuals for banking products
• Analyzing client’s financial situation
• Proposing loans for approval
• Collecting individual client’s deposits

Qualifications required:

• Preferably university degree in Economics or Business Administration
• Preferably 1-2 years banking experience, preferably in Retail segment
• Preferably other business experiences, with analytical background
• Preferably other professional sale experiences
• Understanding business environment and its specific trends and developments
• Understanding of banking products and services
• Preferably knowledge about banking core system
• Communication skills with the internal/external customers
• Good knowledge in MS Office
• Efficient in team work
• Intermediary level of English Language
