TEB is now seeking qualified candidates for the position of Junior Customer Service Officer in the Gjilan Branch.

Responsibilities:

• Executing cash deposits and withdrawals for clients
• Foreign exchange transactions
• Executing intra-branch and branch-to-branch transfers for clients
• Executing gyro payments and collectors
• Executing individual and business credit card payments
• Remittances and national (ICS) transactions
• Invoice payments
• Scanning process
• Archiving documents
• Controlling customer signatures/authorizations while executing transactions
• Cash box reconciliation and reporting any difference if it occurs. Filling cash reports, end-of-day reports, and ATM reports
• Completing and following end-of-day transactions
• ATM Reconciliation
• Reach all sales targets that are assigned to him/her as per the ScorCard
• Make sure they implement and follow the sales strategy set by HQ

Qualifications required:

• University degree in Economics or Business Administration
• Previous experience with cash and sales is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and sales skills
• Understanding of banking products and services
• Good communication skills and ability to build good relations with clients
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Efficient in teamwork
• Excellent level of the English Language
• Driving License
