About the Role
This is a high-ownership role focused on driving operational excellence. You will not just manage projects, you will actively redesign how the business operates, improving speed, accuracy, and scalability. You will work directly with leadership and influence how systems and workflows are built.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of internal projects from intake to delivery
- Lead weekly standups, enforce accountability, and drive execution
- Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
- Build, document, and standardize SOPs across departments
- Coordinate across sales, production, vendors, and fulfillment teams
- Track and improve KPIs (cycle time, delivery rate, revisions, margins)
- Optimize tools and introduce automation where possible

Requirements
- 2–4years in operations, project management, or process improvement

About the Role
You will play a key role in building a core product platform from the ground up in a fast-moving environment. This is a high-impact position where your decisions directly shape the product and technical architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable product features across frontend and backend
- Develop APIs connecting multiple systems (POS, payments, payroll, etc.)
- Own complex integrations (Shift4, SkyTab, and financial systems)
- Build and maintain data pipelines and backend services
- Collaborate closely with ML and product teams to ship features fast

- Reliable, scalable systems in production
- Fast iteration cycles based on real user feedback
- Clean, maintainable codebase
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building production applications
- Strong expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, and React
- Advanced PostgreSQL/database design skills
- Experience with third-party integrations and APIs
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment
- ML / Data Engineer (Mid-Senior)
About the Role
You will build the intelligence layer of the platform - turning raw data into actionable insights. This role focuses on practical, production-ready machine learning solutions rather than research.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy ML models for forecasting, anomaly detection, and optimization
- Design data pipelines for ingesting real-time and batch data (POS, sensors, financial systems)
- Develop model serving infrastructure and ensure performance in production
- Continuously monitor, test, and improve model accuracy
- Work closely with engineering to integrate models into the product

Requirements
- 3+ years in applied ML or data engineering
