About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Customer Success Executive who will act as the operational driver behind our campaigns and client relationships. This position connects partnership management with campaign execution, making sure delivery runs smoothly, data remains accurate, and financial performance stays on track.
In this role, you will serve as a core operational support for the team by coordinating workflows, improving internal processes, and turning direct client feedback into meaningful product improvements. This opportunity is suited to someone who performs well in a dynamic environment, understands programmatic advertising in depth, and can convert complex data into practical and clear insights.
Key Responsibilities (Perpetual Outcomes)
- Campaign Performance & Data Integrity
- Proactive Alignment: Keep continuous and proactive communication between partnership managers and campaign delivery teams so that everyone stays aligned on Media Plans and real delivery results.
- Campaign Piloting: Closely track campaign pacing in order to detect and fix under-spending or over-spending before they create problems.
- Flawless Reporting: Maintain complete accuracy, numerical correctness, and brand consistency in all reporting materials, producing reports that are ready for clients without requiring revisions.
- Fiscal Health: Keep revenue forecasts precise so leadership can make important decisions about hiring and resource planning with confidence.
- Product & Process Optimization
- Workspace Efficiency: Structure and maintain client success cases in the company Drive so the team has an organized and easily accessible virtual workspace.
- Feedback Loop: Gather market feedback and client needs in a systematic way and communicate them to the Line Manager to support strategic improvements to Tangoo’s core offering.
- Traceability: Use internal tools such as CRM systems and Programmatic Platforms to ensure full traceability and eliminate information gaps.
- People & Execution Support
- Task Management: Act as the main operational contact point by opening, documenting, and assigning tasks to internal teams, including the Media Team, accurately from the first time.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, execution issues, or possible mistakes across teams and suggest immediate, proactive fixes.
- Knowledge Sharing: Assist partnership managers by sharing operational best practices and helping colleagues work through complex procedures.
Essential Requirements & Skills
- Programmatic Expertise: Strong capability in understanding and using programmatic platforms, including RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and digital advertising metrics and dimensions.
- Data & Analytics: Demonstrated experience working with large datasets, evaluating the performance impact of different marketing channels, and preparing highly accurate spreadsheets and presentations.
- Eagle-Eye Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to numerical precision and visual consistency.
- Organization & Autonomy: Strong skills in organizing digital files and structuring complex workflows, together with an independent approach to spotting and correcting discrepancies early.
- Problem-Solving & Agility: A proactive mindset focused on solving problems, combined with the ability to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
