Marketing Assistant (Property Management)

Location: Tirana, Albania or Prishtina, Kosovo (On-site)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Albania/Kosovo Time)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the marketing efforts of a growing property management company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills who enjoys digital marketing, website management, and working on multiple projects.

You will assist with marketing initiatives across multiple properties, ensuring listings, promotions, and online presence remain accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with website setup and updates for multiple properties
• Create and optimize Google Business Profiles
• Upload and organize property photos and marketing materials
• Post property specials, promotions, and announcements
• Monitor and report on lead generation and marketing performance
• Support digital marketing campaigns and administrative marketing tasks
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain consistent branding
• Ensure all marketing information is accurate and current

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, administrative support, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficient with Google Workspace
• Experience with Google Ads (Google AdWords) is preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
