We are seeking a detail-oriented Bidding Specialist to identify tender opportunities, prepare and submit competitive bids, and coordinate with estimating, engineering, and commercial teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in construction tendering, strong proposal-writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate tender opportunities.
• Prepare and submit bid/tender documents.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and submission deadlines.
• Maintain bid records and support post-tender activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineeringor related field.
• 3+ years of experience in construction bidding/tendering.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and tender processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and tender management platforms.
