Job Description

Pay: 950 Euro/Month

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representative to support our U.S.-based online store.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, patient, and comfortable communicating with customers throughout the day by email and live chat.

The right person should be able to handle customer questions professionally, assist with order-related tasks, and support the team with daily virtual assistant responsibilities.

Detyrat

Duties

  • Answer customer emails regularly throughout the day in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Respond to live chat requests from customers on our online shop.
  • Assist customers with questions about orders, products, shipping, returns, and general store policies.
  • Submit customer orders to the warehouse after orders are placed.
  • Input tracking numbers for shipped orders and keep order records updated.
  • Double-check customer invoices to make sure they are correct with no mistakes or double-charging.
  • Communicate clearly with the internal team regarding customer issues, order updates, and warehouse-related matters.
  • Help resolve customer concerns with patience, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Assist the team with daily virtual assistant tasks as needed.
  • Handle other responsibilities related to the customer service representative role.

Kualifikimet

Qualifications

  • Fluent English is required, both speaking and writing.
  • Previous customer service experience is a must.
  • Experience working with U.S. customers is a plus.
  • Strong written communication skills with a polite and professional tone.
  • Ability to respond to emails and chats throughout the day in a timely manner.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing orders, invoices, and tracking information.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort working with online systems.
  • Minor accounting or invoice-checking experience is a plus.
  • Must be organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask and handle customer questions calmly and professionally.
