Job description

Due to business expansion, we are looking for a local associate/employee in Albania to take on a key role in market development and customer support.

Job type : Permanent

Detyrat

We are looking for a person who will be the local point of contact for customers and partners in Albania, and the job includes:

• Sales of CAD/CAM software solutions
• Communication with existing and new customers
• Organization and coordination of software installations
• Basic technical support to customers
• Cooperation with the sales and technical team from Croatia
• Assistance with trainings and implementations
• Sevelopment of long-term relationships with manufacturing and engineering companies

Kualifikimet

Required education, knowledge and skills

Desirable qualifications:

• Experience in selling technical or industrial solutions
• Basic understanding of mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or CNC technologies
• Desirable experience with CAD/CAM software (SOLIDWORKS, SolidCAM, or similar)
• Good knowledge of English
• Croatian language - desirable but not required
• Independence and organization
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to work in the field and meet with customers

**Required education :**High school, Master's degree, Bachelor's degree

• Driving licenseB
